Welcome to Decantor. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.
Our store offers decants — small portions of authentic perfumes transferred from the original bottles into glass atomizers. We do not sell full-size retail bottles.
Alongside our fragrance decants, Decantor also offers a curated selection of premium skincare and cosmetic products. Each item is sourced directly from trusted retailers and authorised distributors, ensuring authenticity, quality, and safe storage conditions. We act as both a retailer and a verified reseller, giving our customers access to exclusive beauty products that complement our aroma menu.
2. Products
All products listed on our website are custom-made decants, carefully prepared by hand upon each order. Each decant is created using original, genuine fragrances from verified sources.
Please note: bottle design, cap, and packaging may differ from the original brand presentation, as you are purchasing a sample portion (decant), not a retail bottle.
We also offer a curated selection of premium skincare and cosmetics.
3. Order Processing and Shipping

Delivery: an additional 5 days depending on the destination and postal service performance.
We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to high demand or postal issues.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order is processed and dispatched.
All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review your case individually.
5. Authenticity
We guarantee the authenticity of every fragrance used in our decants.
Each scent originates from official retail bottles. Decantor is an independent decanting boutique and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any fragrance brand.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and skincare products are non-returnable once opened and delivered. These items come into direct contact with the skin, and we cannot resell or restock them after they have left our controlled storage conditions. This rule ensure product safety, protects customer's heath, and guarantees that every item you receive is new, unused, and stored properly.
6. Payments
We accept payments through secure, verified payment providers.
In cases of technical issues with certain payment options, we may offer manual bank transfers as a temporary alternative.
7. Chargebacks and Fraud
Filing a false or misleading chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraud and may result in legal action.
Tracking numbers are always provided as proof of dispatch and delivery.
