All orders for perfume decants are processed within 10 business days after payment confirmation.

Each item is custom-made — our team carefully prepares every decant by hand, using authentic fragrances from original bottles.

Processing time for cosmetic and skincare orders takes 2-4 business days before dispatch.

Please note that processing time may be extended during peak periods or due to high order volumes.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Total estimated delivery time:

up to 10 days for processing + 5 days for delivery, depending on your location and postal service efficiency.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking where applicable.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

5. Customs and Duties

Decantor is not responsible for these charges — they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside our control.

If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information first.

For lost parcels, contact us at customercare@decantor.co.uk — we will help investigate the issue and liaise with the postal service.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs refusal, we can resend it upon request — shipping costs will be charged again.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
