At Decantor.co.uk, we are dedicated to delivering your bespoke fragrance orders promptly and securely. As specialists in hand-poured perfume decants, we ensure every bottle is handled with the utmost care. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
1. Processing Time (Handling Time)
Every order at Decantor is prepared to order. Because our fragrance decants are manually poured and personalised specifically for you, they require meticulous preparation.
- Standard Processing: 3 - 10 business days.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 13:00 (GMT) will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with Royal Mail to ensure your luxury scents arrive safely.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
To estimate when your fragrance will arrive, please use the following formula:
Processing Time (3-10 days) + Shipping Transit Time = Total Delivery Time
4. Order Tracking
Once your decants have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. For Tracked services, this email will include your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
Bespoke Nature of Decants: Please note that because our decants are custom-made and personalised to your specific volume request, we cannot cancel or modify the order once the decanting process has commenced. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately before dispatch.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Lost Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow an additional 3 working days for potential carrier delays before contacting our customer care team.
